I provide performance and executive coaching using Evidenced based Coaching Psychology models and techniques based on Contextual Behaviour Science such as Acceptance and Commitment Training, Mindfulness, Behavioural Momentum, Self-Monitoring, Motivational Interviewing, Systems Analysis and Organisational Behaviour Management. I tailor the approach to each of my clients ensuring that the coaching provided is evidence-based and effective. Using your values and motivation, I support you to understand your performance within your unique context. I help you map out the steps and strategies that will move you towards realising your true potential. I also enjoy integrating technology such as wearables and apps, where appropriate, to support clients with their performance.
Coaching sessions are 60-minutes in length. The cost of each session is $250. Every person is unique and will have different goals in mind for performance coaching. During our initial session, together, we will determine your goals and the frequency of sessions to suit your needs.
